Question No.: 18401
Submitted By: Anonymous
Submitted on: July 17, 2008
Subject: more on banning progesterone

Question:
Thank you for the reply. I read it on the National Health Federation site. Go to thenhf dot com and put the terms, progesterone- Prop65, into their search feature. The first article that it will pull up is titled Aspartame & other health frauds. Click on this title. A few paragraphs down it discusses Prop 65 and progesterone. The NHF disagrees with progesterone being on the list, but I was interested in your opinion regarding this. Thank you for your helpful and informative site. I really appreciate the fact that you take the time to read and answer questions.

Dr. Cinque's Answer:
Well, if they are trying to ban natural progesterone, it's purely political, on par with the banning of bio-identical estriol to protect the profits of Wyeth with their horse estrogen. It has nothing to do with protecting people.
