Question:
Do you ship your products to Singapore?

Dr. Cinque's Answer:
Yes, we do ship to Singapore. But, VRP requires that you fax the front and back of your credit card, plus your government-issued ID, such as a driver's license. The reason is that we get a lot of credit card fraud from that part of the world. We have been burned before, so we have to be careful. I hope you understand, and please do not take offense. But, that is the policy.
