Women's Essentials to deliver the specific nutritional factors women need.
For instance, you'll find extra amounts of calcium in five forms: citrate,
malate, carbonate, pantothenate and hydroxyapatite. Magnesium is provided in
two easily-utilized forms. Although most of our multinutrient
formulas do not contain iron, Women's Essentials does contain it- in the
highly bioavailable form of carbonyl iron, which does not disrupt the
absorption of other nutrients. Most people do not need to take iron
supplements, but some women do because of menstrual losses and other
reasons. Our Women's Essentials formula was designed with those women in
mind. Women's Essentials is unmatched in providing today's active woman with
the comprehensive nutritional support she needs. Recommended dosage: six
