Selenium is an important antioxidant. It is an essential cofactor used to
recycle spent glutathione. Glutathione may be the most important antioxidant
and detoxicant in your body. It is a tri-peptide the body makes from amino

Selenium makes this possible. Selenium has been shown to protect against heart
disease and cancer, and there is concern that it is not supplied adequately in
