Calcium is essential for bone health, and this well tolerated and easily
absorbed form of calcium contains 170 mg of elemental calcium (85 mg from Ca
citrate & 85 mg from Ca malate) per capsule. The citrate form of calcium is
well absorbed, even in persons lacking sufficient stomach acidity. Two
capsules provide approximately 35 percent of the RDA for calcium, making it an
economical way to obtain additional calcium. Recommended Usage: 2-6 capsules
