Buffered C Powder (formerly BalanCe) is a hypoallergenic, mildly effervescent blend that provides 2350 mg of pure Vitamin C per serving, buffered with carbonates of calcium, magnesium, and potassium. This updated formula contains increased amounts of these buffering agents. This buffering action allows for greater intakes of Vitamin C with reduced risk of stomach upset. Buffered C Powder has an acid buffering ability that can assist in controlling the increased acidity that is commonly seen during allergic reactions. Buffered C Powder also provides significant quantities of calcium and magnesium in an easily absorbed medium.
Recommended dosage: Add one level scoop to 4 to 6 ounces of water or juice and stir until dissolved.
One scoop provides 2350 mgs of Vitamin C as Ascorbic Acid plus calcium carbonate 350 mgs, magnesium carbonate 350 mgs, and potassium bicarbonate 99 mgs.
