Quercetin is a unique bioflavonoid derived from plant sources. In human cell culture studies, quercetin has been shown to inhibit histamine release. Bromelain, a pineapple-derived enzyme, has been shown to improve quercetin absorption, plus it has anti-inflammatory properties of its own. Magnesium ascorbate is a buffered non-acidic form of Vitamin C that helps to detoxify histamine. This is a powerful formula against allergies.
