Hovering at a fasting glucose read of 125, I was concerned that full blown
Type
II Diabetes was around the corner. My weight is already under control, I
exercise, and eat a reasonably well balanced diet, so there may not be much
help for me in the first line of defense. I thought it was worth trying a
