Inositol hexanicotinate (IHN), also known as inositol niacinate, is a flush-
free form of niacin without the binders or fillers found in other flush-free,
niacin products. Niacin, when taken in high doses, has been medically proven
to lower cholesterol. Each capsule supplies 500 mg of niacin and 125 mg of
inositol. Recommended dosage: one to four capsules per day, depending upon
