Inositol hexanicotinate (IHN), also known as inositol niacinate, is a flush-
free form of niacin without the binders or fillers found in other flush-free,
niacin products. Niacin, when taken in high doses, has been medically proven
to lower cholesterol and triglycerides. Each capsule supplies 500 mg of niacin
and 125 mg of inositol. Recommended dosage: one to four capsules per day,
